Picnics, Day-Use & Retreats Season:

Picnic rentals include use of all recreational facilities (volleyball nets, basketball courts, 2 playgrounds, 2 Gaga courts, trails in the woods, softball and kickball field, and open fields for games.) Guests must provide and be responsible for their own athletic equipment. Groups 150 people and larger must use the Full Site Rental. To ensure maximum availability options, we encourage all potential guests to book at least two months in advance.
Flanagan Pavilion
$475
This picnic pavilion holds up to 165 persons. It includes 28 tables which seat 6 people per table. There is an ADA-compliant ramp leading to the concrete pavilion floor. There are several charcoal grills in the grass nearby.
Pool-side Pavilion
$400
This picnic pavilion holds up to 84 persons. It includes 14 tables which seat 6 people per table. The pavilion floor is flush with the sidewalk leading to it. There are two charcoal grills nearby.
Full Site Rental - Without Pool

Full Property Rental includes use of our Flanagan pavilion, bathrooms and all features listed above. This rental secures the entire property for your group for the contracted time. Full Site Rental is available between 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. or sunset. Maximum Capacity is 250 persons.
Building & Facilities:

Our buildings and facilities are perfect for people to gather in fellowship, share a meal, and enjoy beautiful scenery. We have several buildings available to meet your retreat or day-use needs. Retreats and day-use availability for our buildings are April 1 through October 31. The Red Lodge includes climate control and is available year-round, except when summer camp is in session.
Dormitory
$25/person, per night
Take a retreat from everyday life while surrounded by woods and green fields. Our dormitory rentals are ideal for youth groups, church groups, and group retreats. There are two dormitory wings which can hold up to 54 people overnight, or 60 for day rental. Dormitory rental includes use of the kitchen, dining hall, and lobby area. (Bathroom facilities are not located within the building but are a short walk to the pool complex.) Groups under 25 will be charged for a minimum of 25 persons.
Red Lodge
$150 per day
Our Red Lodge is ideal for smaller groups and includes heating and air conditioning. This building is available for rent year-round 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., except when summer camp is in session. The Red Lodge rental includes use of one large room and two small adjoining rooms. It also includes hot and cold beverages. (20 Person Maximum)
Dining Hall
$15/person, per day
Our recently updated dining hall and kitchen includes large stainless steel appliances and prep area, and up to 8 round tables with folding chairs. Dining Hall rental includes use of the kitchen, dining area, dorm wings, and lobby. Groups under 25 will be charged for a minimum of 25 persons.
Outdoor Sanctuary
There is something about being in nature that brings out our abilities to be still and know God. We provide several opportunities for your group to spend time with God outdoors and in peace. These areas are located in the woods or wooded grove. These areas are available with your facility rental. (They are not available for rent individually.)
Chapel in the Woods
Our Chapel in the Woods is accessed by walking down a dirt trail to a clearing in the woods. Wooden bench seats accommodate 100 persons. There is a large rustic wooden cross and a fire circle, all overlooking the woods and nearby creek.
