More Than a Summer Job

Ready to do something more with your summer? Work at Carson Simpson Farm Christian Camp and have a summer you’ll never forget. We’re always looking for people who are ready for the fun and the challenge of spending 9 weeks demonstrating the love of Christ to kids through camping.

Why Work at CSF?

Working at camp is unlike any other job. You’ll be outside all summer, building positive relationships with some awesome kids and fellow staff members. 

Your camp experience will also push you to develop your leadership skills as you become the mentor, coach, and teacher your campers turn to. We’ll help train you to work with the kids, but it all starts with bringing a positive attitude, a Christ-centered approach, and lots of energy! Summer Camp Positions

We are looking for people who have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and have a desire to serve God by creating a nurturing and faith-filled environment for campers.

It takes more than 50 people to keep camp running smoothly each summer, and each year we are looking to fill the following positions:

• Day Camp Counselors

• Lifeguards

• Pool Manager

• Bible Teacher

• Nurse

• Cook

• Food Service Crew

• Facility & Grounds Maintenance

• Program Staff

• Mentors (must have completed 9th grade)

• Urban Ministry Overnight Counselors
